We
offer discounts for regular business bulk purchasers and
resellers.
To qualify for discount pricing you will first need to register your
company details on the login
page. We can only apply discounts to customers registered on
our website.
Your registration will be verified before any discounts are applied to
your account.
After registering in order for us to activate your account please email
us at trade@essesea.co.uk
with your trade account request giving a brief description of
your business and your intentions
for our products.
Once
your details have been verified we will apply discount pricing
to
your account which will apply to all purchases through
www.essesea.co.uk. Trade orders must be placed via the website unless
previously agreed otherwise.
Due to the nature of the items we make and sell we do not operate a
minimum order quantity for trade customers. Instead we have introduced
an annual minimum spend policy of £500 per year. If after your first year of registration (or any year
thereafter) your order total has not reached this figure, trade status
will be reviewed and removed from your account where applicable. Full retail prices will then apply.
With regards to wine glass charm favours and gift packs, trade
customers are eligible to have their own company logos and
contact details printed on packaging where applicable at no extra cost.
If you require this service please include details and artwork on the
above email. Any artwork supplied must be suitable for print.
Web quality images are not acceptable. If you do not provide us with
any details for your own personalisation prior to or on your first
order of wine glass charms, then items will carry the Essesea branding as standard. Most
other items are supplied unbranded.
Please make sure you are familiar, and keep yourself updated of our
current lead
times. Lead times may be subject to change during the busy
'Wedding' and Christmas seasons.
Please be aware that lead times may vary on larger orders. We are only
a small business making mainly bespoke hand crafted items, and do not
carry
large amounts of stock of all items. Quantities of products shown on
the site are
generally our current stock level, so larger orders may be subject to
delays if re-stocking is necessary to complete your order.
Due
to the fluid nature of the way we work and the items we make please be
aware that quite often we only make one or two of certain items (most
common with tiaras and hair combs) and can not always guarantee
longevity of any product lines or colour options. It is your
responsibility to keep yourself informed of our current ranges and
stock levels. Essesea will not be held responsible if we are unable to
fulfil your order.
All sales are final. We do not sell our items on a 'sale or return'
basis.
Essesea does not offer credit accounts and as such will not ship orders
until payment is received in full.
All
photographs, images and printed designs used on this website and our products are
created by Essesea and are therefore protected by copyright law. Any
photographs or images taken from this website are to be used for the purpose of the resale of our products. The use of our photographs for personal use is only permitted providing you acknowledge Essesea as the creator by including a clickable link to www.essesea.co.uk or the relevant Essesea web page the image was taken from.
