The following is a guide to our current lead times. Please read carefully:

For personalised products we always email a print proof before going ahead with an order.

The lead time for personalised items is 3-5 business days from receipt of both cleared payment, and approval of the print proof - not the date of the order.

Items With Options

Many of our items have specific options (such as colour or size) which you can choose on purchase. These items are made to order to your requirements. We do keep stock of the components needed to make the items but you need to allow us time to physically make them. Therefore please allow up to 3-5 business days for any items with options.

Tiaras, Hair combs, Vines and Pins are made to order, please allow 3-5 business days for despatch of these items (this excludes one-of-a-kind items which are already made).

It is always advisable to check should you require any items urgently. We are usually able to accommodate rush orders, but please check with us first to make sure it is possible

All Other Items

Most of our standard, non-personalised products without selectable options are available for next business day despatch. We try to ensure that the quantity of items listed on the website are available from stock. Should you need to order larger quantities of an item than we have listed we are usually able to accommodate this, but you may need to allow for delays if re-stocking is necessary to complete your order.

Choosing the 'Special Delivery Next Day' service at the checkout does not necessarily mean you order will arrive next day unless previously agreed otherwise.

All orders are currently subject to the above lead times.

Cheque Payments

Please allow up to 10 working days for despatch of orders paid for by cheque.
