Can I make payment over the phone?
We
are unable to process credit/debit card payment over the phone, only
through Google Checkout or PayPal. Click

Can I pay for my order
via cheque or postal order?
Payments via cheque or postal order are welcome (UK customers only) -
this option is available at checkout.
If
you use online or telephone banking services you are welcome to make a
direct payment (UK customers only). Please choose the cheque or Postal
Order option at the checkout and then email us quoting your order
number to request payment information.
Collection
& Visits
Can I collect my order to save
the P&P cost?
We
offer a mail order service only and as such keep our standard
P&P
rates as low as possible. We are unable to allow personal collections
at this time.
Do you produce a
catalogue or have a shop I or showroom I can visit?
As
the items we make often changes throughout the year we do not produce
printed catalogue. Our products are only showcased online. We do not
have a shop premises or showroom and are unable to allow personal
visits at this time.
Samples
We regret that due to a high volume of requests we are unable to post samples for free.
Most of our items are sold in singles or small quantities so that you are able to purchase small sample amounts before placing a larger order. Please
